Valerie Diaz represented my wife and I in a recent purchase of a new home in Sienna Plantation.  She is enthusiastic, diligent, knows the market and provides superior service from start to finish during the purchase of a home.

We were living in the state of California at the time we bought the home, so the timeline and conditions around our sale process would have posed a challegne to any Realtor.  Despite those challeges, Valerie excelled in all aspects of our purchas and truly made out purchase successful and enjoyable. Before our house-hunting trip, we worked with Valerie to build a list of houses that met all of our family's needs.  During our trip we were only in town for 2 days and had a lit of 7 houses to visit.  Valerie was on time, efficient and provided great insights during our visits to the homes.  As a result, we were able to get through our entire list in 1 day!  From there, we made an offer on a home and Valerie handled all of the necessary paperwork via email with a secure web-based service called DocuSign.  This technology utilitization allowed us to quickly sign and turnaround documents during the entire sale process.

Finally, the market comparable analysis and negotiations were handled flawlessly, which allowed us to receive the appraisal we needed to close on our home in less than 30 days.  We really enjoyed working with Valerie before, during and after our house-hunting trip.
